Zusammenfassung:To prevent wires from coming into contact with each other in time of usage.SOLUTION: An electrical power conversion apparatus 1 includes a sealing member 8 that seals an accommodation area 4e of a case 4, and includes a sealing interface located above respective top points of wires 30c and 30d included in a semiconductor unit 2b. The electrical power conversion apparatus 1 further includes a buffering member 6c which extends in a predetermined direction in a planar view, and in which a buffering bottom surface 6c3 is above the top points of the wires 30c and 30d, and at least the buffering bottom surface 6c3 locates below the sealing interface 8a in a side view.
