To provide a microscope capable of observing even a body part that cannot be observed by being shielded by a surgical instrument.SOLUTION: A microscope 3 includes a first observation optical system 4 for observing a subject S and a second observation optical system 5 whose direction to observe the subject S by the first observation system 4 is different and which shares an imaging part 42 of the first observation optical system 4.
