Zusammenfassung:	To suppress shrinkage of a film manufactured through a stretching step due to orientational relaxation of high molecular chains.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a film has the steps of: extruding a molten resin from a die to form it into a film extending in one direction; stretching the film obtained by the film formation, in a lengthwise direction while conveying it; applying a first heat-treatment to the stretched film while conveying it; and winding the film after the heat-treatment.
