Zusammenfassung:	To determine soundness of an organization (whether or not to be well managed).SOLUTION: An information processing device 1 includes an acquisition part 11 for acquiring browsing state information regarding information of an actual work state of employees in an organization, representing a browsing state by a manager of the organization, and a calculation part 12 for calculating indicators representing the state of the organization based on the browsing state information. For example, the information is generated based on a result of a survey performed on the employees, and the calculation part 12 calculates the indicators based on how many times the manager has browsed the result of the survey within a prescribed period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】組織の健全性（管理が行き届いているか）を判定する。【解決手段】情報処理装置１は、組織内の従業員の業務実態に関する情報について、当該組織の管理者による閲覧の状況を示す閲覧状況情報を取得する取得部１１と、前記閲覧状況情報に基づいて、前記組織の状態を示す指標を算出する算出部１２とを備える。例えば、前記情報は、前記従業員に対して実施された調査の結果に基づいて生成され、算出部１２は、所定期間内に前記管理者が前記調査の結果を閲覧した回数に基づいて、前記指標を算出する。【選択図】図３
