When pore sizes (μm) at which cumulative pore volumes are equal to 10%, 50% and 90% of total pore volumes are defined as D10, D50 and D90 respectively in a pore size distribution of the bulkheads determined by structural analysis, all of the following formulas are satisfied: 8.4 μm
