Zusammenfassung: | To provide an artificial joint which makes a high density medicine exude to the surrounding of a stem and exhibits a "local/high density/long term release function".SOLUTION: An artificial joint is formed of an upper structure body 1A and a lower structure body 1B which are formed of a composite material molded article using an inorganic fiber as a reinforcement material. The upper structure body 1A is formed into a reverse triangular truss shape in front arrow view, and in the reverse triangular truss shape, a reverse triangular medicine storage tank 9 capable of being opened/closed by a lid plate body 1C is formed. The medicine storage tank 9 has openings 9a, 9b on distal side and proximal side end parts. On the other hand, the lower structure body 1B is fitted to the upper structure body 1A from the distal side end of the medicine storage tank 9. On a shaft core part of the lower structure body, a medicine pipe path 11 extending from the distal part side end 4 of the medicine storage tank 9 to a diaphyseal region 5 is formed. The upper and lower structure bodies 1A, 1B are provided with a small hole 12 for release for making the high density medicine exude from the medicine storage tank 9 to the surrounding of the stem.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高濃度薬剤をステム周囲に滲出させ、「局所・高濃度・長期放出機能」を発揮させる人工関節を提供する。【解決手段】無機質繊維を強化材とした複合材成形品である上部構造体1Aと下部構造体1Bとからなり、上部構造体1Aは、正面矢視逆三角状トラス構郭であり、この逆三角状トラス構郭内には蓋板体1Cにより開閉可能な逆三角状薬剤貯留槽9が形成される。薬剤貯留槽9は遠位部側端および近位部側端に開口9a、9bを有する一方、下部構造体1Bは薬剤貯留槽9の遠位部側端から上部構造体1Aに嵌着され、その軸芯部には薬剤貯留槽9の遠位部側端4から骨幹領域5へと延びる薬剤管路11が形成され、高濃度薬剤を薬剤貯留槽9からステム周囲に滲出させる徐放用小孔12が上部構造体1A、下部構造体1Bに設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
