【課題】梱包資材に応じて適切な配送サービス内容をユーザへ提示することが可能な情報処理システム、配送サービス内容提示方法、及びプログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】電子商取引システムSは、ユーザにより選択された商品に出荷実績があるか否かを判定し、商品に出荷実績があると判定した場合、当該商品を梱包した実績のある梱包資材を特定し、商品に出荷実績がないと判定した場合、当該商品に関する商品情報を入力データとし、当該商品の配送に用いられる梱包資材サイズを出力データとした学習データにより学習された学習済みモデルを用いて、当該学習済みモデルから出力された前記梱包資材サイズに対応する梱包資材を特定し、当該梱包資材に応じた配送サービス内容をユーザへ提示する。【選択図】図5 |
