Zusammenfassung: | To accurately measure concentration of each gas and the like in a solute or mixture gas to be dissolved in various kinds of solutions like an aqueous solution by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A detector 200 comprises: a piping holding part that holds translucent piping flowing a measurement object of concentration; and an optical system that makes light output from a first optical fiber 201 incident upon customer piping 300, makes the measurement object pass through, makes the light exit from the customer piping 300, and inputs the light to a second optical fiber 202. A converter 100 includes: a light projection unit 101 that has an LED 180; a spectroscopic unit 102 that spectroscopically splits light generated from the light projection unit 101, and outputted via the first optical fiber 201, the optical system and the second optical fiber 202; and a computation unit 114 that obtains the concentration of the measurement object on the basis of intensity of the light split by the spectroscopic unit 102.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】水溶液といった各種溶液に溶解する溶質や混合気体における各気体等の濃度を簡易な構成で精度良く測定する。【解決手段】検出器200は、濃度の測定対象を流す透光可能な配管を保持する配管保持部と、第1の光ファイバ201から出力された光を客先配管300に入射して、測定対象を通過させ、客先配管300から出射させて、第2の光ファイバ202に入力する光学系とを備える。変換器100は、LED180を有する投光部101と、投光部101から発生し、第1の光ファイバ201、光学系及び第2の光ファイバ202を経由して出力された光を分光する分光部102と、分光部102により分光された光の強度に基づいて、測定対象の濃度を求める演算部114とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
