Zusammenfassung:To provide an oxygen saturation degree measuring device and an oxygen saturation degree measuring method capable of reducing a frequency of measurement interruptions attributed to a positional deviation of a sensor at a position inside the wrist.SOLUTION: An oxygen saturation degree measuring device 10C includes: a band 12 wound around the wrist of a person to be measured; light emitting elements (a first light emitting element LED1, a second light emitting element LED2, and a third light emitting element LED3) for irradiating the artery (radial artery 24) of the wrist with light; a first light reception element PD1 and a second light reception element PD2 for receiving reflection light from the artery (radial artery 24); a light reception element determination part for determining the light reception element by which a pulse wave signal with a larger amplitude of a first pulse wave signal acquired from the reflection light received by the first light reception element PD1 and a second pulse wave signal acquired from the reflection light received by the second light reception element PD2 is received, as a light reception element for measurement; and a measuring part for measuring an oxygen saturation degree of the artery irradiated with light on the basis of the pulse wave signal received by the determined light reception element for measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 【課題】手首の内側の位置でセンサの位置ずれに起因する測定の中断の頻度を低減できる、酸素飽和度測定装置及び酸素飽和度測定方法を提供する。【解決手段】酸素飽和度測定装置10Cは、被測定者の手首に巻かれるバンド12と、手首の動脈(橈骨動脈24)に対し光を照射する発光素子(第1の発光素子LED1,第2の発光素子LED2,第3の発光素子LED3)と、動脈(橈骨動脈24)からの反射光を受光する第1の受光素子PD1と第2の受光素子PD2と、第1の受光素子PD1で受光された反射光から取得された第1の脈波信号と第2の受光素子PD2で受光された反射光から取得された第2の脈波信号とのうち、より大きな振幅を有する脈波信号が受光された受光素子を測定用受光素子として決定する受光素子決定部と、決定された測定用受光素子で受光された脈波信号に基づき、光が照射された動脈の酸素飽和度を測定する測定部と、を備える。【選択図】図11
