Zusammenfassung:	To provide methods for making retinal pigment epithelium monolayers from stem cells (e.g., iPSCs).SOLUTION: A method for making a retinal pigment epithelium monolayer comprises culturing stem cells in a container having a surface coated with fibrinogen, where the surface is coated with more than 3 μg/mL of fibrinogen, where the cells are in contact with the fibrinogen, and where the cells form the retinal pigment epithelium monolayer.
