Water is stored in the tank 12. The passage part 50 communicates with the tank 12. The electronic component 64 is arranged in the passage part 50. The passage part 50 comprises a first wall 51. The first wall 51 comprises an opening part 30 for establishing communication between the inside and the outside of the passage part 50.
