Zusammenfassung: | To evaluate fiber orientation highly accurately even for a material with weak fiber orientation.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating fiber orientation of a test article includes the steps of: (A) preparing an image of the test article whose fiber orientation is to be evaluated; (B) dividing the image papered in the prior step into a plurality of gratings; (C) obtaining a fiber orientation angle for each grating for each grating divided in the prior step; (D) creating the relative frequency distribution of the grating from the fiber orientation angle for each grating obtained in the prior step; (E) obtaining an inclined elliptic function with the relative frequency of a fiber portion of each grade as length and with an orientation angle θr as a deflection angle by dividing a noise function due to a grating shape from the relative frequency distribution obtained in the prior step; and (F) calculating an index for evaluating the fiber orientation of the test article from the inclined elliptic function in the prior step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】繊維配向性の弱い材料であっても高精度に繊維配向性を評価する。【解決手段】下記の工程を有する被験品の繊維配向性を評価する方法:(A)繊維配向性を評価する被験品の画像を用意する工程、(B)前記で用意された画像を複数の格子に分割する工程、(C)前記で分割された各格子について、格子毎に繊維配向性角度を求める工程、(D)前記で得られた格子毎の繊維配向性角度から、格子の相対度数分布を作成する工程、(E)前記で得られた相対度数分布から「格子形状に起因するノイズ関数」を除して、「各階級の繊維部分の相対度数を長さとし、配向角度θrを偏角とする傾斜楕円関数」を求める工程、及び(F)前記で得られた傾斜楕円関数から被験品の繊維配向性を評価する指標を演算する工程。【選択図】図2 |
