Zusammenfassung: | To provide a test device and a test method capable of quantitatively grasping the behavior of an electrolytic solution inside an outer container when the electrolytic solution is injected into the outer container.SOLUTION: A test device according to an embodiment includes a test container, a liquid injection chamber, a liquid injection mechanism, an irradiation unit, a light receiving unit, an imaging unit, and a control unit. The test container can accommodate an electrode group and is formed with a liquid injection port. The test container is provided in the liquid injection chamber. The liquid injection mechanism injects an electrolytic solution into the test container through the liquid injection port in the liquid injection chamber. The irradiation unit irradiates the test container with irradiation light. The light receiving unit receives reflected light that is the irradiated light reflected by the test container. The imaging unit images the test container provided within the liquid injection chamber. The control unit calculates state data indicating the injection state of the electrode group on the basis of optical data indicating the optical characteristics measured by the irradiation unit and the light receiving unit and the imaging data obtained by imaging the test container by the imaging unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電解液が外装容器の内部に注液されるときの、外装容器の内部における電解液の挙動を定量的に把握できる試験液装置及び試験方法を提供すること【解決手段】実施形態によれば、試験装置は、試験容器、注液室、注液機構、照射部、受光部、撮影部、制御部を具備する。試験容器は、電極群を収容可能であるとともに注液口が形成される。注液室には、試験容器が設けられる。注液機構は、注液室内において、試験容器に注液口を通じて電解液を注液する。照射部は、試験容器に照射光を照射する。受光部は、照射光が試験容器で反射された反射光を受光する。撮影部は、注液室内に設けられる試験容器を撮影する。制御部は、照射部及び受光部により測定される光学特性を示す光学データ、及び、撮影部が試験容器を撮影した撮影データに基づいて、電極群の注液の状態を示す状態データを算出する。【選択図】図1 |
