By making thicknesses of the right and left parts at the toe side and the heel side of the cleat different from each other, the stepping face (shoe sole) is inclined at a desired angle to be fitted onto a pedal top face. By changing a cleat with different inclination as necessary, pedaling is executed as an inclination angle appropriate to user's individuality. In other words, a 4-stance theory can be executed in pedaling.
