VIDEO CONFERENCE ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND VIDEO CONFERENCE ANALYSIS PROGRAM

To provide a video conference analysis system which allows a user to grasp the state of a feeling of a participant and the state of harassment included in an utterance by analyzing the utterance of a video conference participant.SOLUTION: A video conference analysis system 1 comprises: an image voice reception unit 25 of a WEB/APP server 2 which receives voice data of an utterance of a participant; a voice character conversion unit 31 of a voice character conversion server 3 which converts the voice data into characters; a character sentence analysis unit 41 of a character sentence analysis server 4 which estimates a feeling level indicating the state of a feeling and a harassment level indicating a degree of harassment by analyzing a character sentence indicating the content of the utterance of a participant; a screen constitution unit 21 of the server 2 which constitutes a screen displaying the character sentence and analysis result; a screen provision unit 26 of the server 2 which transmits the screen to the participant; and a WEB/APP server control unit 20 of the server 2 which controls the operations of creating the character sentence from the voice data, analyzing the character sentence, constituting a result display screen and transmitting the screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ビデオ会議参加者の発言を分析して参加者の感情の状態やその発言に含まれるハラスメントの状態を把握できるビデオ会議分析システムを提供する。【解決手段】ビデオ会議分析システム１は、参加者の発言の音声データを受け付けるＷＥＢ／ＡＰＰサーバ２の画像音声受付部２５と、音声データを文字に変換する音声文字変換サーバ３の音声文字変換部３１と、参加者の発言の内容を示す文字文章を分析して感情の状態を示す感情レベル及び嫌がらせの度合を示すハラスメントレベルを推定する文字文章分析サーバ４の文字文章分析部４１と、文字文章および分析結果を表示する画面を構成するサーバ２の画面構成部２１と、その画面を参加者に向けて送信するサーバ２の画面提供部２６と、音声データから文字文章を作成させ、文字文章を分析させ、結果表示画面を構成させ、その画面を送信させる動作の制御を行うサーバ２のＷＥＢ／ＡＰＰサーバ制御部２０とを備える。【選択図】図１
