【課題】物品形状への追従性と緩衝性に優れた片面段ボールの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】波状の段をなす中しん1の片面にライナ2が貼着された材料となる片面段ボールを段目方向に直交する方向へ搬送しつつ、回転する円盤状の押罫部材13を中しん1の段に押し付けて、中しん1の段を厚さ方向に押し潰すことにより、段目方向に直交する罫線3を入れ、回転する円盤状の刃物部材14により中しん1の段をライナ2に達しない深さまで切り込んで、段目方向に直交する半切4を入れ、罫線3と半切4とが所定間隔で平行した片面段ボールC1とする。半切4を入れる際には、片面段ボールの搬送方向に対する刃物部材14の回転方向及び刃物部材14の種類に応じて、片面段ボールの搬送速度に対する刃物部材14の周速を適宜設定し、切込不良の発生を防止する。【選択図】図3 |
