【課題】 空気中に分散する0.02μm以上の微粒子を膜中の孔を目詰まりさせることなく除去率(対数除去係数表示)で2以上除去しつつ清浄な空気を回収する膜分離技術を提供する。【解決方法】 特定した微細構造を持つ複合膜を装填した孔拡散膜分離モジュールを用い、外気を複合膜の膜面に平行な粘性流れと、膜間差圧に原因した拡散流れとの直交する2種の流れに分離させ、拡散流れの成分のみを回収する。【選択図】図1 |
