Zusammenfassung: | To provide an inspection method with which it is possible to assess the risk of aggravation of SARS-CoV-2 infection disease (COVID-19) with good accuracy.SOLUTION: Provided is an inspection method for the risk of aggravation of COVID-19, the risk of aggravation being a first risk of aggravation transitioning from a stage (2) or stage (3) to a stage (4) in the classification of aggravation degree below, the inspection method including a quantitative determination step for quantitatively determining at least one index selected from the group consisting of calprotectin, IFN-λ3, IL-6, CRP, leukocyte count, platelet number, percentage of neutrophil count to total leukocyte count, percentage of lymphocyte count to total leukocyte count, total bilirubin, urea nitrogen, creatinine, and TARC in a specimen. (1) oxygen administration is not necessary. (2) oxygen administration is needed. (3) high flow nasal cannula or non-invasive artificial respirator or both are needed. 【課題】SARS-CoV-2感染症(COVID-19)の重症化リスクを精度よく判定できる検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】上記重症化リスクは、下記重症化度の分類における(2)の段階又は(3)の段階から(4)の段階へ移行する第1重症化リスクであり、検体中のカルプロテクチン、IFN-λ3、IL-6、CRP、白血球数、血小板数、全白血球数に対する好中球数の割合、全白血球数に対するリンパ球数の割合、総ビリルビン、尿素窒素、クレアチニン及びTARCからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の指標を定量する定量工程を含むCOVID-19重症化リスクの検査方法。<重症化度の分類>(1)酸素投与が不要である。(2)酸素投与を必要とする。(3)高流量鼻カニュラ、非侵襲的人工呼吸器、又はその両方を必要とする。(4)侵襲的人工呼吸器、体外式膜型人工肺(ECMO)、又はその両方を必要とする。【選択図】図1 |
