VENTILATION AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

To provide a ventilation air conditioning system that can make a user hardly smell an odor in a room without deteriorating articles in the room.SOLUTION: A ventilation air conditioning system comprises a ventilation device for ventilating a room, an air conditioner for adjusting a room temperature that is a temperature in the room, and a control unit for coordinating the ventilation device and the air conditioner. A first temperature zone is higher than a second temperature zone. When a room user using the room is absent, the ventilation air conditioning system increases the room temperature to the first temperature zone, keeps the room temperature in the first temperature zone, ventilates the room in which the room temperature is in the first temperature zone, and decreases the room temperature to the second temperature zone before the room user enters the room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】室内の物品を劣化させることなく、室内のニオイをユーザが感じにくくすることのできる換気空調システムを提供する。【解決手段】換気空調システムは、室内を換気する換気装置と、室内の温度である室温を調整する空気調和機と、換気装置と空気調和機とを連携させる制御部と、を備える。第一温度帯は、第二温度帯よりも高い温度帯である。換気空調システムは、室内を利用する室内利用者の不在時に、室温を第一温度帯に上昇させて室温を第一温度帯に維持し、室温が第一温度帯となった室内を換気し、室内利用者が室内に入室するよりも前に室温を第二温度帯に低下させる。【選択図】図４
