RECEIVER AND FIRE NOTIFICATION FACILITY

To provide a receiver and a fire notification facility to reduce installation spaces, avoid individual display when calling fire, and improve operability of fire countermeasures and call connection by incorporating a function of emergency telephone facility into the receiver of the fire notification facility without impairing a function of maintenance telephone facility.SOLUTION: A receiver 10 for monitoring fire by connecting an analog fire detector 14 to a signal line 12-1 includes: a maintenance telephone circuit unit 62 for detecting an incoming call from a maintenance telephone handset 28 connected to a maintenance telephone circuit 24; an emergency telephone circuit unit 64 for detecting an incoming call from an emergency telephone handset 34 connected to an emergency telephone circuit 32; and a communication control unit 72 for controlling each of the calls via the maintenance telephone circuit 24 and the calls via the emergency telephone circuit 32, detecting the incoming call from the maintenance telephone handset 28 by the maintenance telephone circuit 24 and performing predetermined call control when detecting the incoming call from the emergency telephone handset 34 by the emergency telephone circuit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保守電話設備の機能を損なうことなく火災報知設備の受信機に非常電話設備の機能を組み込んで設置スペースの低減、火災発信時の個別表示の回避及び火災対処と通話接続の操作性を向上する。【解決手段】信号回線１２－１にアナログ火災感知器１４を接続することで火災を監視する受信機１０には、保守電話回線２４に接続される保守電話子機２８からの着信を検出する保守電話回路部６２と、非常電話回線３２に接続される非常電話子機３４からの着信を検出する非常電話回路部６４と、保守電話回線２４を介した通話と非常電話回線３２を介した通話の各々を制御し、保守電話回線２４により保守電話子機２８からの着信を検出すると共に非常電話回線３２により非常電話子機３４からの着信を検出したときに所定の通話制御を行う通話制御部７２と、が設けられる。【選択図】図１
