To provide a wear with a fan, which can effectively cool not only armpit parts but also the back of the neck and the inside of a garment and to provide a wear body for a wear with a fan.SOLUTION: A wear body 10 of a wear 100 with a fan includes: an attaching part 13 which is formed in a shape to cover at least a body part of a wearer by a fabric which does not have air permeability or has air permeability to a degree to be inflated by introduction of air by the fan 50 and which attaches the fan 50; an air channel change member 16 which changes a flow of air introduced by the fan 50; and an air discharge part 20 for discharging air introduced by the fan 50.
