The mold resin member 40 comprises: a lens part 43 that is positioned above the light-emitting element 20; a fixing part 41 that fixes the first lead 12 and the second lead 11; and an inclination part 42 that is positioned between the lens part 43 and the fixing part 41, and is at least partially expanded and inclined from a boundary with the lens part 43 to a boundary with the fixing part 41.
