Zusammenfassung:To connect a heating wire with a terminal pin securely in an electro fusion joint.SOLUTION: A terminal pin 2500 is inserted into a hole, which is formed from an outer peripheral surface of a thermoplastic resin pipe to reach a heating wire 300, to supply electric power from an external power source to the heating wire 300, has a substantially cylinder shape and conductivity, and is connected with the heating wire 300 by a connection cylindrical body 2600 having conductivity. The terminal pin 2500 includes a substantially cylindrical part 2530 and includes a side surface groove 2530S, which corresponds to a diameter of the heating wire 300 and is formed along a center axis of the substantially cylindrical shape, on a curved surface of the substantially cylindrical part 2530. The connection cylindrical body 2600 is formed by a metal piece being bent in a substantially cylindrical shape. The terminal pin 2500 including the heating wire 300 on the side surface groove 2530S is inserted into a substantially cylindrical portion of the connection cylindrical body 2600 to cause the heating wire 300 to make pressure contact with the terminal pin 2500.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 【課題】電気融着継手における電熱線とターミナルピンとを確実に接続する。【解決手段】ターミナルピン2500は、熱可塑性の樹脂管の外周面から電熱線300に到達するように穿孔された穴に挿入された、外部の電源から電熱線300に電気を供給するための略円柱形状で導電性を備え、導電性を備えた接続用筒体2600により電熱線300と接続される。ターミナルピン2500は、略円筒形状部2530を備え、電熱線300の径に対応した溝であって略円柱の中心軸に沿った側面溝2530Sを略円筒形状部2530の曲面に備える。接続用筒体2600は、金属片が略円筒形状に曲げられて形成されており、側面溝2530Sに電熱線300を内包したターミナルピン2500が、接続用筒体2600の略円筒形状の部分に挿入されて、電熱線300がターミナルピン2500に圧接される。【選択図】図12
