Zusammenfassung: | To provide a screw rotation adjusting device which can shorten the time required for rotation adjustment of a screw when the rotation adjustment is repeatedly performed by a screwdriver.SOLUTION: A screw rotation adjusting device 1 comprises: a second axis 3 which can be connected with a first axis 2 having a screw structure 2c; a drive part 4 which rotates the second axis 3 around the shaft and moves in a direction making the second axis 3 abut against the first axis 2 and in a direction alienating it from the first axis 2; a controller 5 which controls the drive part 4; and a storage part 6 which stores a phase angle θ of the first axis 2 at the time of completing rotation adjustment of the first axis 2 around the shaft by the second axis 3. The controller 5 makes the drive part 4 connect the second axis 3 to the first axis 2 according to the phase angle θ of the first axis 2 at the time of completing rotation adjustment stored in the storage part 6 so that the first axis 1 can rotate by the second axis 3, and performs rotation adjustment of the first axis 2 around the shaft by rotating the second axis 3 in the state of the connection.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ドライバでネジの回転調整を繰り返し行う際に、ネジの回転調整に要する時間の短縮を図ることが可能なネジ回転調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】ネジ回転調整装置1は、ネジ構造2cを有する第1軸2に接続可能な第2軸3と、第2軸3を軸周りに回転させ、第2軸3を第1軸2と当接する方向及び第1軸2から離間する方向に移動させるための駆動部4と、駆動部4を制御する制御部5と、第2軸3による第1軸2の軸周りの回転調整完了時の第1軸2の位相角度θを記憶する記憶部6と、を備え、制御部5は、駆動部4に、記憶部6に記憶された回転調整完了時の第1軸2の位相角度θに応じて第2軸3を第1軸2に、第2軸3によって第1軸1の回転が可能な状態となるように接続させ、該接続させた状態で、第2軸3を回転させて第1軸2を軸周りに回転調整させる。【選択図】図1 |
