The fixed tube plate 30 is fixed to the shell 20. The shell 20 includes a bellows 25 expanding and contracting in a longitudinal direction. Same liquid to be treated circulates through the tubes 10 and the shell 20 to exchange heat between the same liquid to be treated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
