Zusammenfassung:To provide new exhaust gas after-treatment device and exhaust gas after-treatment system of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas after-treatment device (40, 53, 54, 55, 56) of an internal combustion engine includes a storage housing (41), and an exhaust gas after-treatment unit (42) which is at least one exhaust gas after-treatment unit (42) disposed inside of the storage housing (41) and includes a honeycomb body (43) functioned as a catalyst and/or a particulate filter, and a honeycomb carrier (44) surrounding the honeycomb body (43) in a state that the honeycomb carrier (44) leaves the face-ends of the honeycomb body (43) free.
