Zusammenfassung:	To provide a surgical sheet suitably used as a cover drape for a human body (a patient) in surgery, as well as a cover or an underlay for a surgical bed on which a patient lies, and also suitably used as a drape and an underlay for preventing contamination of medical devices in surgery.SOLUTION: A surgical sheet includes a laminate having a fiber layer and a film layer, where the fiber layer and the film layer are partially bonded and integrated, and the bonded and integrated part is provided in a shape oriented in one direction parallel to a main surface of the fiber layer. Accordingly, it is found that the surgical sheet can effectively guide and diffuse liquids such as human blood, humor and medical solution for use in surgery in the one direction.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】手術時に人体（患者）の覆布として好適に使用できる他、患者が横たわる手術台のカバーとして、また、手術時の医療機器の汚染を防ぐための覆布や下敷きとしても好適に使用できる、手術用シートに関する。【解決手段】繊維層とフィルム層を有する積層体を備えた手術用シートにおいて、繊維層とフィルム層が部分的に接着一体化していると共に、その接着一体化している箇所が、繊維層の主面と平行を成す一方向に配向を有する形状で存在していることで、人体の血液や体液等および手術に使用する薬液等の液体を、当該一方向へ効果的に誘導し拡散できることを見出した。【選択図】なし
