To provide a mechanism that enhances the convenience of those who deliver to facilities such as apartment houses (delivery businesses and such) and of those who live in and use facilities such as the apartment houses (resident and such).SOLUTION: Regardless of whether a facility such as an apartment house A is existent or newly built, an automatic delivery system such as an elevating lift conveyor 1 and a horizontally moving belt conveyor 2 are installed on the apartment house A, and an individual delivery system controlled by an IT program is used, thereby a package is being delivered to the addressed room or residence automatically. Each door has a package receiving box installed thereby, and a package is delivered into the package receiving box.
