The peripheral surface of the columnar portion 26 has a shape that uniformly changes from a circular shape to a regular decagonal shape from a portion connecting with the circular portion 22 in the front to a portion connecting with the square cross-sectional portion 24 in the rear. The peripheral surface of the columnar portion 26 uniformly changes so that an arc extending in the circumferential direction in the front becomes a straight line corresponding to one side of the regular decagonal shape toward the rear.
