【課題】上下に隣接する建物ユニットの鋼管柱同士を接合しつつ、鋼管柱に対する鉄骨梁の固定度を高めることを目的とする。【解決手段】建物ユニット連結構造は、第一鋼管柱30Aと、第一鋼管柱30Aの柱頭部30Uに梁端部40Eが接合される上側鉄骨梁40Uと、を有する第一建物ユニット20Aと、第一鋼管柱30Aの上に配置される第二鋼管柱30Bと、第二鋼管柱30Bの柱脚部に梁端部40Eが接合される下側鉄骨梁40Lと、を有する第二建物ユニット20Bと、内部にセメント系充填材52が充填され、下部が第一鋼管柱30Aの柱頭部30U内に嵌め込まれるとともに、上部が第二鋼管柱30Bの柱脚部30L内に嵌め込まれ、第一鋼管柱30Aと第二鋼管柱30Bとを連結する連結鋼管50と、を備える。【選択図】図2 |
