Zusammenfassung:To provide a configuration that excites ultrasonic vibration to a cutting tool without fear of destruction even if a large mechanical load is applied to the cutting tool.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic cutting device includes: a rotary shaft 1; a cylindrical flange 3 detachably attached to the rotary shaft 1; a disk-shaped cutting tool 5 extending radially outward from the cylindrical flange 3; and an annular piezoelectric element 7 detachably attached to the rotary shaft 1. An inner diameter of the piezoelectric element 7 is equal to or greater than a diameter of the rotary shaft 1, the cylindrical flange 3 and the disk-shaped cutting tool 5 are made to be an integral structure, the disk-shaped cutting tool 5 has a solid structure without slit, and the piezoelectric element 7 is located away from the disc-shaped cutting tool 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】切削具に大きな機械的負荷が与えられても、破壊のおそれがない超音波振動を切削具に励起する構成を提供する。【解決手段】超音波切削装置は、回転軸1と、回転軸1に着脱可能に取り付けられた円筒フランジ3と、円筒フランジ3から径方向外側に広がる円盤状切削具5と、回転軸1に着脱可能に取り付けられた環状の圧電素子7を備える。圧電素子7の内径は、回転軸1の直径以上であり、円筒フランジ3および円盤状切削具5は一体構造物であり、円盤状切削具5は、スリットを持たない中実構造を有しており、圧電素子7は、円盤状切削具5から離れた位置にある。【選択図】図1
