WORKING CONDITION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, SERVER WITH WORKING CONDITION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM INSTALLED, WORKING CONDITION MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND WORKING CONDITION MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

To provide a working condition management system which transmits own work starting time and work termination time, image data, etc. of a confirmation signature of a responsible person on a contractor side from a portable terminal such as a smart phone to a server of a security company in just one action operation, and which automatically creates an electronic control daily report in a system for managing the working conditions of security guards dispatched to construction sites, etc. for conducting a traffic guard, etc.SOLUTION: A work starting time and work termination time are transmitted from a portable terminal 3 to a server 1 when a reporter of security guards touches a work starting screen and work termination screen displayed on the screen of the own portable terminal 3 on the occasion of the work start and work termination. Moreover, a signed image data is transmitted from the portable terminal 3 to the server 1 when a person in charge on a client side signs in a sign region on the displayed screen of the portable terminal 3. The control daily report including the work starting time and the work termination time is displayed on the displayed screen of an administrator terminal 4 connected to the server 1 via a network 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】工事現場などに派遣され交通警備などを行なう警備員の勤務状態を管理するシステムにおいて、スマートフォンなどの携帯端末から、ワンアクション操作のみで自己の勤務開始時間、勤務終了時間、契約者側の責任者の確認サイン画像データなどを警備会社のサーバーに送信し、自動的に電子的管制日報を作成する。【解決手段】警備員のうち報告者は、勤務開始及び勤務終了に際して自己の携帯端末３の画面上に表示されている勤務開始画面及び勤務終了画面にタッチすると、携帯端末３からサーバー１に勤務開始時間、勤務終了時間が送信される。さらに、携帯端末３の表示画面上のサイン領域に依頼者側担当者にサインをしてもらい、携帯端末３からサーバー１にサイン画像データを送信する。ネットワーク２を介してサーバー１に接続された管理者端末４の表示画面上に、勤務開始時間及び勤務終了時間を含む管制日報が表示される。【選択図】図１
