Zusammenfassung:To provide a technique which substantially prevents erroneous determination in determination of hover touch and touch by anything other than a finger.SOLUTION: An input apparatus (1) according to the present invention has a touch panel (100), a capacitive sensor layer (11) provided on the touch panel, a press sensor layer (12) provided in the touch panel, and an input determination unit (13) for determining an input operation to the touch panel. The input determination unit carries out first determination as to whether or not a first detection value detected by the capacitive sensor layer is a first threshold value or larger, and, after the first determination, carries out second determination as to whether or not a second detection value detected by the press sensor layer is a second threshold value or larger.
