Zusammenfassung: | To provide a metal fiber laminate, which allows even thin metal fiber to be formed into web and has good texture (surface form), entangled state, high density, smoothness and air permeability, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A metal fiber laminate 1 consisting of at least three layers including a metal fiber layer (A) 2a, 2b having fiber diameter of 6 μm or more and a metal fiber layer (B) 3 having fiber diameter less than 6 μm. The metal fiber layer (B) 3 is disposed as an inner layer, and entire layers are laminated and integrated by water jetting. The metal fiber layers (A2a, 2b) are made by forming metal short fibers with average fiber diameter of 6 μm or more into a fiber web by a carding machine. The metal fiber layer (B) 3 is made by forming a metal long fiber bundle with average fiber diameter less than 6 μm into short fibers and then a fiber web by fiber splitter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】細い金属繊維であってもウエブ化でき、地合(表面形態)、交絡状態、高密度化、平滑化及び通気性も良好な金属繊維積層体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】繊維直径6μm以上の金属繊維層(A)2a,2bと、繊維直径6μm未満の金属繊維層(B)3を含む少なくとも3層の金属繊維積層体1であって、金属繊維層(B)3は内層に配置されており、全体はウォータージェットにより積層一体化されている。金属繊維層(A2a,2b)は、平均繊維直径6μm以上の金属短繊維をカード機により繊維ウエブとしたものであり、金属繊維層(B)3は、平均繊維直径6μm未満の金属長繊維束を割繊機により短繊維化しかつ繊維ウエブとしたものである。【選択図】図1 |
