Zusammenfassung: | To erect each joint forming plate member vertically in a lining space from a formwork surface of a tunnel lining formwork, and accurately adjust a standing angle and install so that a joint forming portion is continuous in the circumferential direction.SOLUTION: In a joint forming plate member 15, a pair of reaction plates 63 having female screw holes 63a fixed to an inward protruding grip portion 15B so as to protrude from both front and back surfaces are attached at two locations spaced apart in the circumferential direction. Bolt members 64 are screwed into the female screw holes 63a of the reaction plates 63, and their tips are brought into contact with the substrate plates 25 fixed to the main bodies 3A and 3B of the split molds. By advancing and retreating these bolt members 64 while rotating, the joint forming plate members 15 and 15' are installed by adjusting the standing angle so that a joint forming portion 15A is continuous in the circumferential direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】各々の目地部形成用プレート部材を、トンネル覆工用型枠の型枠面から覆工空間に垂直に立設させると共に、目地部形成部が周方向に連続するように、立ち角度を精度良く調整して設置できるようにする。【解決手段】目地部形成用プレート部材15には、内側突出把持部15Bに、表裏両側の面から各々張り出して固定された雌ネジ孔63aを有する一対の反力板63が、周方向に間隔をおいて2部位に取り付けられている。これらの反力板63の雌ネジ孔63aに、ボルト部材64を各々螺着して、先端を分割型枠本体部3A,3Bに固着された基板プレート25に当接させ状態で、これらのボルト部材64を回転させつつ進退させることにより、目地部形成用プレート部材15,15'を、目地部形成部15Aが周方向に連続するように、立ち角度を調整して設置する。【選択図】図8 |
