Zusammenfassung:To provide a guide robot that appropriately serves visitors.SOLUTION: A control device for controlling a robot capable of self-propelling comprises: facility staff member identifying means for identifying a position of a facility staff member in a facility; visitor identifying means for identifying a position of a visitor in the facility; and control means for instructing the robot capable of self-propelling to move.
