CLEANING DEVICE

To provide a cleaning device capable of preventing contact between a suction nozzle and a step even when there is the step on a surface to be cleaned which is a cleaning target, with a simple structure, and retreating the suction nozzle to an upper position from the surface to be cleaned so as to prevent contact of the suction nozzle with the step in traveling in non-cleaning, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A cleaning device comprises a cleaning unit whose downward movement is regulated at a predetermined regulation position. A device main body comprises a positioning member 61 for positioning the cleaning unit to the regulation position. The cleaning unit comprises: a suction nozzle arranged between itself and a surface to be cleaned with a prescribed interval; a cam member for holding the cleaning unit at the regulation position; and an operation input part 70 for moving the cleaning unit upward by operating the cam member for changing the regulation position to a further upper position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】清掃対象である被清掃面に段差がある場合でも、吸気ノズルと段差との接触を簡単な構成により防止することが可能であり、また、非清掃時の走行の際に吸気ノズルが段差に接触しないように吸気ノズルを被清掃面から上方位置へ簡単な構成により退避させることが可能な清掃装置を提供する。【解決手段】清掃装置は、予め定められた規制位置で下方への移動が規制される清掃ユニットを備える。装置本体は、清掃ユニットを前記規制位置に位置決めする位置決め部材６１を備える。清掃ユニットは、被清掃面との間に所定の隙間を隔てて配置される吸気ノズルと、清掃ユニットを前記規制位置で保持するカム部材と、カム部材を動作させて清掃ユニットを上方へ移動させることにより前記規制位置をそれよりも上方の位置に変更する操作入力部７０と、を備える。【選択図】図９
