To accurately acquire body information of a person.SOLUTION: A control device 10 as a body information acquisition device 20 includes a skeleton point detection unit 13 which detects a skeleton point SP of the person included in a photographed image Vd. The control device 10 includes a body information acquisition unit 15 which acquires the body information IB of the person on the basis of detection of the skeleton point SP. The control device 10 further includes an imaging state determination unit 27 which determines whether or not the imaging state VS of the person captured in the photographed image Vd is corresponding to the specific imaging state specified on the basis of a predetermined evaluation index value.
