【課題】 充填物の収容部への圧迫により剥離開封させる包装袋を製袋するに当たり、包装フィルム表面を加工することなく、且つ開封部以外も最適なシール条件で包装可能とすることで、高品質な充填包装を行う充填包装機を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明は、ロール状に巻回されている帯状の積層包装フィルムを引き出して搬送し縦方向及び横方向のヒートシールを施して製袋するとともに流体状の内容物を充填して包装袋を製造する充填包装機1であって、積層包装フィルム110は、レーザーが透過可能な基材層111と、レーザー照射に反応して隣接層との層間剥離を起こす中間層112と、シーラント層113と、を少なくとも備えていて、充填包装機1は、ヒートシールを行う前段階において、積層包装フィルムの予め設定された剥離性付与範囲102に対してレーザーを照射し前記隣接層との層間剥離によってシール強度を下げて剥離性を付与するレーザー装置3を備える。【選択図】図5 |
