Zusammenfassung:	To provide a powder bleach composition having a resoiling prevention effect.SOLUTION: A powder bleach composition contains a following (A) component, (B) component, (C) component and (D) component: the (A) component is 20 mass% or more of peroxide to be dissolved in water to generate hydrogen peroxide; the (B) component is one or more compounds selected from a group consisting of compounds represented by a specified formula (I), compounds represented by a specified formula (II) and tetraacetylethylenediamine; the (C) component is an inorganic alkali agent; and the (D) component is 0.1 mass% or more of a stilbene type fluorescent brightener.
