To provide a beverage server from which a container can be taken out in a state in which a gas pressure is sealed in.SOLUTION: A beverage server 1 including a cap 3 to be mounted to a container 2 side and a head 4 detachably attachable to the cap 3 is configured to: dispose a beverage flow path 24 and a gas flow path 25 of the cap 3 non-coaxially and cause both the paths to open at different positions from each other on a top surface 3a side of the cap 3; cause a beverage flow path 65 and a gas flow path 71 of the head 4 to open toward the top surface 3a side of the cap 3; provide the cap 3 with a first valve mechanism 30 that opens/closes the beverage flow path 24 and a second valve mechanism 40 that opens/closes the gas flow path 25, and the head 4 with a third valve mechanism 72 that opens/closes the gas flow path 71; and, when the head 4 is mounted, push in a valve body 32 of the first valve mechanism 30 at a first operation part 62a on a head 4 side, a valve body 42 of the second valve mechanism 40 at a second operation part 61d, and a valve body 74 of the third valve mechanism 72 at third operation parts 3a and 21c on a cap 3 side, respectively into an open position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】ガス圧力を閉じ込めた状態で容器を取り出すことが可能な飲料サーバを提供する。【解決手段】容器２側に装着されるキャップ３と、キャップ３に着脱可能なヘッド４とを含む飲料サーバ１において、キャップ３の飲料流路２４及びガス流路２５を、非同軸的に配置してキャップ３の天面３ａ側の互いに異なる位置にて開口させ、ヘッド４の飲料流路６５及びガス流路７１をキャップ３の天面３ａ側に向けて開口させ、キャップ３には、飲料流路２４を開閉する第１弁機構３０と、ガス流路２５を開閉する第２弁機構４０を、ヘッド４には、ガス流路７１を開閉する第３弁機構７２を設け、ヘッド４の装着に伴って第１弁機構３０の弁体３をヘッド４側の第１操作部６２ａで、第２弁機構４０の弁体４２第２操作部６１ｄで、第３弁機構７２の弁体７４をキャップ３側の第３操作部３ａ、２１ｃでそれぞれの開位置に押し込むように構成する。【選択図】図９
