【課題】鋳型特性の向上を図りつつ、鋳造後における鋳型の崩壊性がより一層高められ得た鋳型を、実用的に有利に造型することの出来るレジンコーテッドサンド(RCS)を提供する。【解決手段】耐火性骨材と樹脂粘結剤とを混練して、かかる耐火性骨材の表面を樹脂粘結剤にて被覆してなるRCSにおいて、かかる耐火性骨材が、50質量%以上のSiO2を含有し、充填率が53%以上であると共に、RCSが、0.30W/m・K以上の熱伝導率を有していることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし |
