Zusammenfassung:	To provide an active energy ray-curable composition, an aqueous emulsion composition, and a coating agent composition, which are of forced emulsification type, have high nonvolatility, have excellent storage stability at room and high temperature, and excellent freeze-thaw stability, and, when coated, the coating films of which show excellent adhesion to substrate and water resistance.SOLUTION: Provided is an active energy ray-curable composition comprising two or more surfactants, where at least one of the surfactants is configured to be a surfactant (B1) having 2 or more reactive groups. Further, the active energy ray-curable composition is used in an aqueous emulsion composition and in a coating agent composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】強制乳化型で高不揮発分であり、室温および高温下での保存安定性に優れ、凍結融解安定性に優れ、コーティングしたときの塗膜の基材への密着性および耐水性にも優れた活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物、水系エマルジョン組成物およびコーティング剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】界面活性剤を２種以上含有する活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物において、界面活性剤の少なくとも１種を、反応性基を２個以上有する界面活性剤（Ｂ１）とする。また、前記活性エネルギー線硬化型組成物を水系エマルジョン組成物またはコーティング剤組成物に用いる。【選択図】なし
