By providing a bridge prevention device for elevating/lowering the stick ST, bridging of the filler F (formation of aggregates of the filler F) to be added in a vicinity of the supply port 15h can be prevented, precision of adding the filler F to a molten resin can be improved, and also, the filler F can be more evenly dispersed in the molten resin.
