TRANSMITTAL CERTIFICATION SYSTEM AND TRANSMITTAL CERTIFICATION METHOD

To provide a transmittal certification system and a transmittal certification method which can certify the delivery date and time to an identical recipient, have little restriction for a document to be transmitted, can set an inexpensive charge, and eliminate a dispute regarding before and after the document transmittal by settling a transmittal time.SOLUTION: A transmittal certification system to certify the contents of document data transmitted to a recipient portable terminal includes: transmittal request receiving means for receiving, from a sender terminal, the portable phone number of the recipient portable terminal that is the transmission destination of the document data; SMS transmitting means for transmitting, by SMS, an SMS document containing a URL for transmitting the document data to the recipient portable terminal using the portable phone number via a communication carrier; transmission date and time receiving means for receiving, from the communication carrier, an SMS transmission request date and time that is the date and time at which the communication carrier receives the transmission request; and certification storing means for storing content certification data that contains the SMS transmission request date and time regarding the document data, and the portable phone number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】受取人本人への配達日時を証明することが可能であり、送付する文書に制約が少なく、安い料金とすることが可能であり、送付した時間まで確定することにより文書送付の前後に関する争いがなくなる送付証明システム及び送付証明方法を提供する。【解決手段】受取人携帯端末に送付した文書データの内容を証明するための、送付証明システムであって、文書データの送付先である受取人携帯端末の携帯電話番号を、差出人端末から受信する送付依頼受信手段と、文書データを送付するためのＵＲＬを含むＳＭＳ文書を、携帯電話番号により受取人携帯端末へ通信キャリアを介してＳＭＳ送信するＳＭＳ送信手段と、通信キャリアが送信依頼を受けた日時であるＳＭＳ送信依頼日時を、通信キャリアから受信する送信日時受信手段と、文書データに関するＳＭＳ送信依頼日時、携帯電話番号を含む内容証明データを保管する証明保管手段と、を備える。【選択図】図１
