Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vehicular cushion pad protection structure which can suitably protect a cushion pad and maintain seating comfortableness.SOLUTION: A protection structure 100 includes a resin-made pad protection member 122 which is attached so as to across a cushion side frame 110a and a rear cross member 114 to protect a cushion pad. The pad protection member 122 comprises: a frame covering part which covers the cushion side frame 110a along the upper surface of the cushion side frame 110a; a rear-side connection part 126 which covers the rear cross member 114; and a pad support part 128 which is formed over the rear-side connection part 126 from the frame covering part to support the lower surface of the cushion pad.
