Zusammenfassung:	To provide an agitator and an agitation method that can efficiently disperse powder in liquid.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, an agitator has a storage part, an agitation part, a drive part, and a control part. The storage part stores liquid. The agitation part is movable in the height direction of the storage part and disperses powder in the liquid stored in the storage part. The drive part drives the agitation part.
