Zusammenfassung:To provide a phosphor wheel which enables improvement of the efficiency of light condensation.SOLUTION: The phosphor wheel comprises: a first light-emitting unit reflecting incident light of a first wavelength and emitting emission light of the first wavelength; and a second light-emitting unit converting the wavelength of the incident light of the first wavelength and emitting emission light of a second wavelength. The first light-emitting unit includes a reflection surface that reflects the incident light of the first wavelength as reflected light of the first wavelength, and the second light-emitting unit includes a phosphor layer and a basal surface that is an interface with the lowermost portion of the phosphor layer. The phosphor layer is formed having a prescribed thickness on top of the basal surface and converts the wavelength of the incident light of the first wavelength into light of the second wavelength.
