A calculation unit 124 calculates, for each pixel, a calculated value using a difference between the pixel value of the first image and the pixel value of the second image. 【課題】本発明は、遠隔で、放流口からの流量を精度よく計測することを目的とする。【解決手段】画像取得部122が、水を放流している放流口を含む所定範囲を表す画像であって、各画素が、特定の第1波長の光の反射率を表す画素値を有する第1画像と、各画素が、特定の第2波長の光の反射率を表す画素値を有する第2画像と、を取得する。計算部124が、各画素について、第1画像の画素値と第2画像の画素値との差分を用いた計算値を計算する。そして、推定部126が、各画素について計算された計算値を画素値とする計算画像と、水の流量を推定するための予め学習された推定モデルとに基づいて、水の流量を推定する。【選択図】図10 |
