Zusammenfassung:To ensure that, when laying a multipoint wiring that connects a plurality of memories, etc., signals are suitably transmitted without extending the total wiring length of the multipoint wiring.SOLUTION: Provided is a printed wiring board in which one transmission circuit 110 and N reception circuits 111-119 (N=integer 3 or greater) are connected by a multipoint wiring 102, with first to N-th branch points 102a-102e sequentially provided to the multipoint wiring which is connected at one end to the transmission circuit, the wiring branched off at each branch point 102a-102e being connected to the reception circuits 111-119, respectively.
